With few ingredients you are already able to create an attractive coffee or cocktail menu. How? This is what our guests learned during the workshop Coffee and Cocktails.

Dutch Barista Campion 2006, Rose van Asten, together with her colleagues from the Blonde Pater in Nijmegen and the Fabulous Shaker Boys, showed our guests everything you need to know about their business during this workshop. Beginner or advanced, it was an experience for everyone; an informative, nice and practical afternoon. With tips about preparation, assortment, sales and of course festive snacks and delightful drinks.
